The program service is dedicated to providing clean water assistance to communities in need. Water is the most essential need that is still not evenly available in various locations. The implementation actions include water delivery (via water truck fleets), the construction of wells along with supporting sanitation facilities, and pipelining to ease access to water sources. Additionally, bottled drinking water is distributed to pesantren in various remote areas.

From Sa'id, it is narrated that Sa'ad approached the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and asked, "Which charity is most beloved to you?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "Charity of water." (HR. Abu Daud, An Nasai, Ibn Majah)
